Past Lives Do Not Exist. But Time Travel Does.

My son asked me about past lives this morning. He is reading about past life hypnotherapy and wanted to know my opinion. It is a good question and one that different spiritual pathways explain in varying ways.

First of all. Let’s get very clear that the idea of past lives is a mental construct. For most of us on the path of awakening, we have agreed, to one degree or another, that time does not exist. So, then, are past (and future) lives. It all happens now.

This is how you travel.

Let me explain.

When I was in my mid thirties, I had an experience that demonstrated to me the nature of time travel. I actually did it. Dropped into a wormhole and connected to the other side. And the experience has allowed me to do it ever since. I was traveling with a group to a “spiritual center”, a temple on Malta, at the time. And on upon entering the space, I was overtaken with an indescribable sense of knowing it, even though I had never been there before. I am a yogi, only. I don’t take mind altering substances. So, this was all occurring organically from a space within me that lit up in connection to the place. I followed the sensation, dropped into complete attention and began to feel the presence of others there in another dimensional space. I knew them. Loved them, actually. There was a feeling of seeing a beloved friend after a long absence. My heart opened and I fell through time…
